Traffic Jam in Chiang Mai

Nowsday, there's more traffic jam in ChiangMai.
Last week, I went to Bangkok. That was suck, more traffic than ChiangMai

The distance about 5 kms, using 30-45 minutes of driving.
God damn it. I don't want ChiangMai to be like this. What should I do?

- Get up early?
- Go to bed earlier?
- Use the shoutcut?
